Dress in denim or dress in diamonds – or anything in between! Our dinner will be catered by Red River BBQ and we will be bidding on items in both silent and live auction formats.

Family Game Night! March 5th WCA’s PTF is hosting a Family Game Night on Saturday, March 5th from 5:30-7:30PM in the Gym. Bring everyone along for board games and puzzles, Giant Tic Tac Toe, Giant Connect Four, Cornhole and Minute to Win It Games. Concessions for sale will include pizza, chips, candy, sodas and water. So we have enough goodies on hand, please submit this super quick RSVP. It’s all fun and games, but we do need some volunteers. The usual set up before the event, work concessions during, and clean up after. FYI, set up time would start at 5:00PM. K-7 Spring Break Camp 2016 Spring Break for K-7th grade students is the week of March 14-18. Whether you need the whole week or only a day or two, we are here from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with fun activities, crafts and snacks! Q. Will I still be charged if I register and my child does not attend? A. No, payment is due only for students who attend.

Book Fair Now Open Book Fair Hours Tuesday - Friday (Feb. 16-19): 8:00-8:45 a.m./12:00-12:30 p.m./2:45-4:00 p.m. Monday (Feb. 22): Tax Free Day! Kendra Gives Back Party - March 7th (6-8 PM) Now open in the new section of Baybrook Mall, Kendra Scott Jewelry is hosting a shopping event with 20% of the sales benefiting WCA! Save the Date - Friday, April 8th Polish your boots, dust off your cowboy hat and join us for a fun-filled evening in support of our school! Denim & Diamonds is the theme for our 2016 Annual Dinner and Auction. Current Student Re-enrollment

February 15, 2016


February 15-22, 2016 is the priority period for currently enrolled families to re-enroll students for the 2016-2017 school year. During this time frame families are also given priority to complete online applications for siblings who are new to WCA (please see instructions below).

Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Enrollment will open to the public on February 22nd.

Re-enroll early and save!

Re-enrollment fees are per student:

Through February 29th ($75)
March 1st -31st ($125)
April 1st - May 31st ($150)
After May 31st ($175)

To avoid duplicate entry, re-enrollment may be completed by only one parent/guardian.

Unless the father’s ParentWeb account was used in the last enrollment process, the default assignment is the student’s mother.

Please contact the school office if your family will need a different assignment.

The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to stop and come back later. If you do not have access to a computer, please contact the school office and we will arrange to make one available to you during business hours.

Re-enrolling Current Students

Please take time now to complete Samantha’s reenrollment for next year.

To complete the online re-enrollment process, you will access ParentsWeb through your existing login*, then:

Click on the Family Information button in the left menu.

Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button and follow the instructions.

*If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login listed at the end of this message.

FACTS Tuition Management

Beginning with the 2016-17 school year, Westminster Christian Academy will utilize FACTS Management Co. to manage our tuition and other school fee payments for all WCA families. All Westminster Christian Academy families will set up a FACTS account for payment of tuition and other fees; this will be done as part of the online enrollment process. Setting up your payment plan in FACTS should take only about 5 minutes.

Not Returning?

If the Lord is leading your family elsewhere, we will miss you and pray God’s blessings on your family. It would be greatly appreciated if you would notify us of your intention to not return. This may be done by replying to this email or, by using the steps above to login to Renweb and navigate to the Re-Enrollment area, then simply select the option “Will not return”.

Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login

  • Go to www.renweb.com
  • On the homepage, click on the Logins tab (on far right)
  • The District Code is WCA-TX
  • After the RenWeb ParentsWeb Login screen opens, select Create New ParentsWeb Account.
  • Enter the email address you have provided to the school.
  • Click the Create Account button.
  • You will receive an email from RenWeb Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.
  • Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.
  • Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
  • Close the window.
  • Log into ParentsWeb as instructed above.

Saturday, January 30th - 6:00-8:00PM in the Gym Bring the whole family to WCA’s Family Sock Hop sponsored by our PTF. This is a free fellowship event with music, dancing and food. A light meal will be served at no cost. Concessions will be available at a nominal cost. Theme dress is encouraged, but not required! Help us plan for enough food by clicking HERE to RSVP. After School Art Club Registration (2nd-7th grade) The second semester of after school Art Club for 2nd through 7th graders begins Tuesday, February 2nd. The class meets directly after school in the Science Lab (3:30-4:30 p.m.) for 10 weeks. Cost is $120 per student. Click HERE to Register

Preschool Special Event - Friday, January 29th (8:15-8:45AM) Preschool dads are invited for coffee, juice, water and donuts along with hugs, fun and much cuteness. The 18 month class will meet in the gym while PK2, PK3 and PK4 will meet in their classrooms.

National Sanctity of Human Life Sunday - January 24th
